Trusted by over 400 accountancy firms and thousands of businesses, their purpose remains the same – to help businesses raise better business finance. They can finance almost anything from IT equipment, software, furniture, machinery, and vehicles. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for their Birmingham office.

What would I be doing? This is a new business-focused role reaching out to businesses UK-wide to discuss their needs for finance. You will have lots of data to work with, including warm and cold prospects. As well as targeting businesses directly, you will be expected to develop relationships with “introducers”. An introducer is typically an accountant who has their own clients that they can help you unlock. This business is dedicated to making you the best salesperson you can be. Therefore, they have invested in a 12-month Sales Development Programme delivered by BMS Performance.

Who is a good fit for this role? The key ingredient for this role is confidence and communication skills. You’ll be reaching out to new people day-to-day, looking to strike up relationships and get them to buy into you. A level of resilience will also be required due to the topsy-turvy nature of sales. If you’re naturally competitive and love having goals/targets to reach, this could be for you. There is no sales experience required – just the attitude to get stuck in and take advantage of development opportunities!

Salary & Benefits Package:

  • Basic salary – £28,000
