We are working on behalf of a market-leading global organisation specialising in water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Due to continued project growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced
EC&I Engineer to support the delivery of complex projects across the UK.
The Role
Working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will support the electrical, control and instrumentation design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and reviewing electrical, control and instrumentation designs.
- Producing technical documentation, including schematics, specifications and control philosophies.
- Supporting design reviews, technical assessments and project planning.
- Working alongside mechanical, process and commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Providing technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
- Candidate Profile
- HNC / HND / degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in an EC&I engineering role, within the water industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical, control and instrumentation systems.
- Experience producing and reviewing technical engineering documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Package & Benefits
- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience.
- Company car or cash allowance (£6,000 annually).
- 37-hour working week.
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the Birmingham office, 2 days from home.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off.
