This role focuses on selling a market-leading range of formwork and falsework hire and sales solutions into Main Contractors, Groundworkers, and Civil Engineering businesses involved in major high-rise residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Working closely with an experienced sales and design team, you’ll provide technical, value-led solutions while developing both new and existing accounts across a well-established territory with strong growth potential. You’ll also benefit from excellent back-office support, including a highly skilled in-house design function and regional operational teams dedicated to helping you succeed.

Our client is an internationally recognised engineering solutions provider with ambitious UK growth plans for 2026, creating genuine long-term career prospects for motivated individuals.

The ideal candidate will have field sales experience within construction engineering, a proven track record in new business and account management, and experience selling or hiring technical or design-led solutions directly to end users.

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic + £10k-£15k OTE, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, healthcare and wider employee benefits.

Locations: Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester.
