Territory Manager – Orthopaedic Innovation Field Sales covering South Central – Worthing to Weymouth, up to Swindon.

Up to £60K + 25% Commission + Car Allowance

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales growth across the South Central territory
  • Represent clinically‑proven hip, knee, ankle and shoulder solutions and world‑leading technologies!
  • Sell cloud based planning software and integrated digital surgery platform
  • Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams & procurement
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training, theatre support
  • Grow adoption of robotic‑assisted surgery technologies

Who You Are

  • Proven orthopaedic medical device sales experience
  • Hip & knee experience highly desirable
  • Strong commercial mindset and hunter mentality
  • Full driving licence and happy to travel daily
  • Confident working in theatre environments

The Package

  • £50-60K basic
  • 25% uncapped bonus
