The Role
- You’ll take ownership of a defined territory, responsible for developing new business opportunities, while managing and growing a small number of existing accounts.
- This is a win and retain role so any new clients you bring on board will remain your responsibility to retain and grow.
- This is a field-based role where you’ll be out meeting clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored hygiene solutions that add real value.
- Your customer base will be highly varied and could be anyone from SME/Corporate offices, to Hospitality, to Leisure and beyond.
- You will have full autonomy over who you target so fresh ideas of new markets you could open up or bring to the table will be well received.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify, approach, and win new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct site visits and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales, having worked in a field-based role for 3 years +.
- Experience having sold hygiene solutions would be highly advantageous but not essential.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Full UK driving licence required.
