Area Sales Manager

The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager – Building Products:

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a rapidly growing sales territory across south London and the Southern Home Counties. Your role is to sell a wide range of building products such as soffits, facias, above and below ground drainage to a variety of customers in the construction market, including house builders, developers and general builders to generate demand. The products are backsold through builders merchants and specialist building plastics distributors. The area is performing well but developing new customers is a key part of the role.

For the position of Area Sales Manager – Building Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Must have sold to merchants and building contractors
2. Driving licence

1. £40,000 – £45,000 base salary DOE, plus uncapped bonus £7.5k
