As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a high-performing Strategic Account Manager to manage and expand existing NHS accounts across the UK.
THE ROLE: Working remotely with regular UK travel approximately 50% of the time ( Midlands ,North ,Scotland and Ireland ) , you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of NHS Trust accounts. This is a strategic role focused on whitespace opportunity development, solution upselling, and long-term relationship management within existing customers. You will engage multiple senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, and digital teams, identifying additional value opportunities and driving account expansion. The role requires a credible, proactive, and consultative approach to managing complex NHS relationships, with a focus on AI software solutions including speech recognition and clinical coding.
EXPERIENCE: Based in the UK and with a proven track record in NHS account management, you will have at least 5 years’ experience managing and growing software or digital health accounts within NHS Trusts. You will have a strong understanding of how to navigate NHS structures, develop multi-level relationships, and expand footprint across departments or Trust networks. Prior experience in AI, clinical coding, ambient listening or speech recognition technologies will be advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong healthcare software account management experience.

The Package for Strategic Account Manager:
Basic: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
Commission: Uncapped bonus, realistic £30k OTE
