Location: North West of England

The Company: UK’s largest multi-channel retailers and distributors of schoolwear, supplying schools of all sizes across the country with a large and well-established client base. With a turnover of over £40 million, they have big plans and are continuing to grow through acquisition and innovation.

The Role: As Customer Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 schools across the North, nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. You’ll engage with senior school stakeholders - including Heads, Governors, and Business Managers - to retain contracts, secure renewals, and successfully win multi-year tenders. Your work will be a mix of face-to-face visits, Teams meetings, and focused administrative days. A key part of the role involves analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to inform strategic decisions. This is an autonomous position, supported by a collaborative team, perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an Account Manager role
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients
  • Professionally dressed, strong presentation skills and confidence in tender processes
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within Northern region

The Package:

  • £45,000‑£50,000/ annum salary
