BMS Controls & Energy Limited is expanding, and we are actively recruiting for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong BMS experience who is ready to take ownership of delivering projects from award through to client handover.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the BMS industry, particularly the project delivery side.
- Previous experience in project management or running projects at installation level.
- Senior or lead BMS installation electricians looking to progress into project management are strongly encouraged to apply.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage BMS projects from initial award through to final handover.
- Attend site-based project meetings with clients, consultants, and wider site teams.
- Participate in internal project meetings and provide clear progress updates.
- Liaise with control panel manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy for assigned projects.
- Oversee and manage key project milestones, including installation phases, commissioning dates, and final handover arrangements.
