BMR Solutions are working in partnership with a global engineering and technology-led manufacturing business to recruit a high-impact Senior Project Manager. This is a pivotal role where you will take ownership of complex, high-value programmes and drive delivery across multidisciplinary teams. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, brings clarity to complexity, and delivers results.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of either a large-scale project, multiple medium-sized projects, or a portfolio of subsystems/technologies. You will act as the driving force behind delivery ensuring projects land on time, within budget, and to specification. You will:
- Act as the single point of accountability for project schedule, cost, scope, and risk
- Build and manage robust project plans using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) across multiple levels
- Own and control project budgets, tracking spend and driving cost efficiency
- Develop and manage RACI matrices to ensure clear ownership across teams
- Lead RAID management proactively identifying risks, driving mitigation, and adapting plans where needed
- Influence and align cross-functional, global teams to deliver key milestones
- Deliver clear, concise reporting to stakeholders
