The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. You will sit at the heart of a dynamic recruitment function, coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders and ensuring candidates move seamlessly from application through to offer and onboarding. In a high-volume, fast-moving environment, your ability to stay organised, proactive, and detail-focused will be critical in delivering an efficient and professional recruitment experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning candidate coordination across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Managing and maintaining recruitment trackers with real-time accuracy
  • Coordinating interviews and trade tests, including complex scheduling
  • Supporting offer approvals and issuing offers via recruitment agencies
  • Producing weekly recruitment reports, providing visibility on activity and progress
  • Acting as a key liaison between hiring managers, team leaders, and external agencies
  • Driving momentum by proactively chasing updates and keeping processes moving
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline recruitment processes

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration (high-volume experience advantageous)
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
