BMR Solutions is currently recruiting for a Purchase Order Management Administrator on behalf of an established manufacturing client based in Clevedon. This is a key role within the purchasing and supply chain function, responsible for the effective management of purchase orders from initial placement through to delivery and invoice reconciliation. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, accurate and proactive, with an excellent eye for detail.

You will monitor outstanding purchase orders, liaise closely with suppliers and identify potential shortages, late deliveries or supply risks before they impact production. This role would suit someone with previous experience within purchasing, procurement, materials, supply chain or purchase order administration, particularly within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, process and maintain purchase orders within the company ERP system.
  • Check purchase orders carefully to ensure pricing, quantities, supplier details and delivery dates are accurate.
  • Manage purchase orders from initial placement through to receipt and invoice reconciliation.
  • Obtain and monitor supplier order acknowledgements.
  • Liaise directly with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules.
