Experienced applicants may have worked within mechanical assembly, mechanical fitting, engineering, manufacturing, machine building, production assembly, maintenance or mechanical repair. Previous experience working from mechanical drawings would be beneficial. The company will also consider candidates without formal mechanical fitting experience who are mechanically minded, confident using basic hand tools and enjoy practical, hands-on work. You should have good attention to detail, a genuine interest in engineering or manufacturing and, importantly, a willingness to learn.
