BMR Solutions are working in partnership with a leading advanced manufacturing business in Clevedon to recruit a Shipping Administrator. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and compliant shipment of systems, upgrades and spare parts worldwide. You will act as a central coordination point across the factory, supporting logistics, calibration, and stock visibility.
The Role
- Ensure all systems, upgrades, and spares are shipped daily in line with business requirements
- Liaise with shipping partners to secure capacity and meet deadlines
- Coordinate and support the calibration process across the site
- Continuously review and improve processes in collaboration with internal teams
- Track systems held in offsite storage and support customer communication
- Identify and escalate shipping cost issues, driving resolution
- Support general logistics and administrative activities as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience (logistics/export environment desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
