We are working with a global engineering leader who are expanding their team in Clevedon and are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary design team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a couple of years industry experience who is looking to develop within a highly technical and innovative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and developing electrical modules and sub-assemblies for advanced engineering products
- Working on new and customised product solutions within a collaborative engineering team
- Producing detailed CAD drawings, Bills of Materials and technical documentation
- Ensuring designs meet safety standards, specifications and project timelines
- Supporting testing, validation and continuous improvement of designs
What we’re looking for:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with 2D CAD (AutoCAD Electrical or similar)
- Basic fault-finding skills
- Any exposure to PLCs or 3D CAD would be advantageous
- An interest in product development and engineering innovation
