We are hiring BMR Solutions Ltd are partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business in Bristol to recruit a Continuous Improvement Engineer. If you are passionate about Lean, Six Sigma, and driving real operational change, this is a role where you can make a visible impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across the business
  • Coach and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement culture
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects (waste reduction, efficiency, quality)
  • Define and maintain Lean manufacturing standards
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
  • Track and report on KPIs (productivity, cost, quality)
  • Represent continuous improvement initiatives at group level

What we’re looking for:

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office)
  • Experience with risk mitigation and project delivery
