Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of raw materials to ensure a consistent supply that aligns with production schedules.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness, and reliability.
- Collaborate with planning, production, and commercial teams to align purchasing activities with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development of operational buying processes, including continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
- Mentor and support junior Buyers, sharing expertise and best practices to foster a resilient and high‑performing team.
