Pay & Shift Options
- Early Shift: £18.26 per hour
- Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 14:15
- Friday: 06:00 – 11:30
- Late Shift: £19.85 per hour
- Monday–Wednesday: 14:30 – 00:30
- Thursday: 14:30 – 00:00
- No Friday working
- Flexible Options: Fixed early, late or day shifts available
- Overtime: 1.75x weekday overtime, 2.0x weekend overtime

The Role
You will be responsible for the precision assembly and fitting of engineered systems within a structured production environment. Typical duties include:
- Mechanical assembly of machinery, cabinets and frame-based systems
- Building sub-assemblies to high-quality standards
- Working from detailed engineering drawings and schematics
- Using a range of hand tools and mechanical fitting techniques
- Supporting production targets while maintaining strict quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of components including pumps, valves, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Installation of industrial pipework and basic plumbing systems
- Working independently and as part of a production cell team
- Supporting electrical assembly activities where required (desirable)
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical fitting, assembly or production
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps or valves
- Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Apprenticeship or time-served experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
