We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent Mercedes-Benz specialist garage in Bristol, seeking a qualified Motor Mechanic who is genuinely passionate about the trade and committed to delivering high-quality work.
About the Role
This role is suited to a committed, forward-thinking mechanic who enjoys being hands-on while also taking an interest in how the business operates and can continuously improve. You will work on a wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, contributing to a workshop culture built around quality, trust, and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Mercedes-Benz vehicles to a consistently high standard
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, or actively develop diagnostic skills with support and training
- Work with a zero-defects mentality, ensuring work is completed right first time
- Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues regarding vehicle condition and required work
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve workshop efficiency, customer experience, and business performance
- Plan work effectively and think ahead to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime

- Fully qualified Motor Mechanic with a strong and stable work history
