BMR Solutions are partnering with a specialist engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a hands-on Quality Engineer for an exciting permanent opportunity in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled manufacturing environment producing complex electro-mechanical products, where you’ll play a key role in driving quality improvements, process optimisation, and manufacturing excellence.

This is not a desk-based quality role. You’ll be embedded within production, working directly with technicians and manufacturing teams across electronics, electrical, mechanical, wood shop, and finishing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing and improving manufacturing and quality processes
  • Writing and implementing SOPs, inspection procedures
