BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to work for our client who are an engineering/manufacturing company in Stroud.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts to the required specification
- Working to engineering drawings to build mechanical Sub-assemblies
- Mechanical Build and fitting
- Precision Pipe bending (company happy to train)
- Working in a team of mechanical fitters to meet build targets
Knowledge and Skills:
- Hydraulic or Pneumatic assembly experience
- Ability to understand mechanical design assembly
- Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of assembling large, fabricated parts to engineering drawings
- Good dexterity with the ability to handle a variety of parts including sheet metal, machined and electrical components
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
