Key Responsibilities
Design and Technical
- Create and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD
- Design electrical systems for vehicles and auxiliary equipment
- Support PLC programming and control systems design
- Assist in electrical and mechanical testing processes
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead a small team of electricians to deliver high-quality builds
- Work closely with sales and production teams to refine customer specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system delivery
The Person/Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools
- Experience in electrical design within a manufacturing or engineering setting
- Interest in PLC programming and openness to training
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus
- Experience in team coordination or leadership is desirable
