We are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Programmer – Mills to join a leading precision engineering company based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Machinist with Hurco Milling experience and strong knowledge of Winmax Conversational Programming. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-spec environment, manufacturing precision components for highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC Programming, setting and operating 3 & 5 axis Hurco Mills.
- Conversational Programming using Winmax.
- Machining aluminium and plastic components to tight aerospace tolerances.
- Managing tooling, machine set-ups, and process improvements.
- Interpreting and working from complex engineering drawings.
What we’re Looking For:
- Proven experience programming and operating 3 & 5 axis Hurco CNC Milling Machines.
- Strong background in machining aluminium and plastic materials.
- Confident using Winmax software for programming using DXF.
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings and quality standards.
