We’re hiring. BMR Solutions Ltd are partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business in Bristol to recruit a Continuous Improvement Engineer. If you’re passionate about Lean, Six Sigma, and driving real operational change, this is a role where you can make a visible impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across the business
- Coach and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement culture
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects (waste reduction, efficiency, quality)
- Define and maintain Lean manufacturing standards
- Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
- Track and report on KPIs (productivity, cost, quality)
- Represent continuous improvement initiatives at group level
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
- Solid IT skills (MS Office)
- Experience with risk mitigation and project delivery
