A leading organisation is seeking a proactive and driven SHE Advisor to join their team at their Clevedon site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting safety, health, and environmental (SHE) initiatives while contributing to a strong, positive safety culture across the business.
Working closely with the Senior SHE Manager, you will provide both operational and systems support, ensuring employees can carry out their roles safely and with minimal environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the SHE Management System (RCE00–RCE28)
- Assist with internal audits in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Track, analyse, and report SHE-related non-conformances
- Contribute to SHE projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote and influence a positive safety culture across the site
- Support risk assessments and ensure effective control measures are implemented
- Work collaboratively with process owners to drive sustainable risk management practices
- Experience in a SHE role
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification (essential)
- NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in report writing and presenting data
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 auditing (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting
