We are seeking an Operational Excellence Transformation Manager to join a high-profile, CEO-sponsored transformation programme within a leading advanced technology and manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering operational improvements and supporting a strategic objective to increase productivity across multiple business sites.

Working as part of a dedicated Operational Excellence programme, you will partner with senior leaders and operational teams to analyse current performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable change initiatives. You will help shape future-state operating models while embedding lean principles and continuous improvement thinking throughout the organisation.

  • Analyse demand, inventory, capacity and production performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to understand current-state operations.
  • Present recommendations, business insights and transformation plans to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Create and drive Tactical Implementation Plans to deliver both short-term improvements and long-term transformation.
  • Track and communicate the impact of operational improvements on key business metrics including productivity, capacity, inventory and revenue.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven transformation professional who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven experience delivering operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement or change programmes.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, operations or complex business environments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word capability.
  • Experience analysing operational data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of lean principles, process improvement and operational performance metrics.
  • Commercial awareness with an appreciation of cost, quality, reliability and operational efficiency.
