This leading edge organisation is looking for a GIS and Data Engineering Specialist to join their expanding engineering team. They are actively seeking a GIS / Data Engineer for an initial 6 month contract who is ready to hit the ground running and has a proven track record of working with geospatial data.

To be considered, you must have a strong data engineering background within GIS and spatial data, with 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on Azure data engineering experience and GIS / spatial data technology.

Experience with Geoserver, FME, OGC WFS, WMS, and Postgres would add considerable weight to your application.

At this level, you will be expected to demonstrate superb communication skills both verbally and in writing, along with the ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams and develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
