As a Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for risk management and control activities across assigned departments.
Role Responsibilities
- Complete risk assessments, conduct control testing, and ensure effective risk governance within the bank.
- Take ownership for running RCSAs and ensure that risks are reported in line with the Risk Management framework.
- Analyse potential Operational Risk events and embed processes to protect the business in case of such events.
- Embed awareness and appropriate processes for dealing with vulnerable customers.
- Act as a central point of contact for risk matters, working across departments and with oversight teams to maintain and improve risk controls and reporting.
- Strengthen the overall risk framework and support a culture that prioritises risk awareness and customer care.
