The Role
- You’ll take ownership of our end-to-end maintenance operation, ensuring service excellence scales with our expanding portfolio.
- Growth converting new client leads to grow the business.
- Client facing building relationships with key clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Overseeing all maintenance operations across our property portfolio - reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance.
- Contractor management develop relationships with trusted contractors to provide a seamless client experience.
- Managing budgets and contracts, ensuring value without compromising standards.
About You
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience, within the property management industry, or in a multi-site environment.
- Track record of converting new client leads and growing a business.
