Overview
A Llanidloes/Newtown based plumbing company has a vacancy for a Heating Engineer to cover the Mid Wales area.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of central heating boilers
- Central heating fault finding and repair
- Domestic plumbing servicing and repair
- Installation of heating and plumbing systems
Essential Requirements
- Candidates must be qualified to work on gas boilers
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Pleasant personality and be a team player
- At least 2 years experience of installing, servicing or repairing boilers and central heating systems
Desirable
- Experience in general plumbing maintenance
- Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
- The successful candidate will need to have good people skills, be a team player and be able to install, service and repair plumbing and central heating systems to the high standards that the company expects
A company van, fuel card, tools and clothing will be provided.
The salary is negotiable and will depend on experience.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm.
