About Us: We are a young, dynamic drinks company with deep industry expertise, on a mission to become the number one independent convenience store supplier for craft, speciality, niche, premium, and core Beer, Wine, and Spirits (BWS). We are a team of friendly, ambitious individuals sharing a relentless growth mindset.

The Role: We are seeking an agile, quick-learning individual with an open mindset to drive new business and manage end-to-end commercial operations. You will hold complete P&L responsibility for your accounts, taking charge of everything from securing new product listings to physical order fulfilment.

  • New Business & Growth: Hunt for new opportunities, spot new store openings, turn cold leads into successful partnerships, secure premium product listings, and confidently upsell across our portfolio.

What We Are Looking For: A fast learner with a strong commercial acumen and full account management capabilities.

  • Industry Passion: Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is essential. If you have formal BWS certifications, that is fantastic—but if you do not have the paperwork and instead possess massive product confidence and the ability to tell a captivating brand story, we absolutely want to hear from you.
  • Logistics Flexibility: A valid driving licence is highly advantageous for driving the company van to cover staff shortages and critical deliveries. However, if you do not drive, please do not let that hold you back from applying; your sales grit and growth mindset are what matter most.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for tasting events.
  • A resilience-driven, growth-oriented mindset.
