We are a well-established and highly respected specialist mental health practice providing services for children, young people, families, and professionals across the UK. With a team of over 60 multidisciplinary clinicians, we are recognised for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services and are committed to innovation, excellence, and meaningful outcomes for those we support.

Due to continued growth and ambitious future plans, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Services Director to join our Board-level leadership team.

Job Summary

This is a significant strategic and operational leadership opportunity for an ambitious senior clinician who is passionate about developing high-quality mental health services and driving innovation within the sector. Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, the Clinical Services Director will lead the ongoing development, quality assurance, and expansion of clinical services across the UK. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping future service delivery, supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams, and ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of innovative mental health practice. The role will be based at our Head Office in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic clinical leadership at Board level
  • Drive the development and expansion of high-quality clinical products and services nationally
  • Lead service innovation and the development of new clinical pathways
  • Ensure robust clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Support, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Contribute to organisational growth and long-term strategic planning
  • Build strong relationships across health, education, social care, and wider professional sectors

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in senior leadership roles
  • Current HCPC or GMC registration
  • Experience working across a range of sectors and multidisciplinary environments
  • A proven track record in service development and innovation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional mental health services and improving outcomes for children, young people, and families
