Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience in senior leadership roles
- Current HCPC or GMC registration
- Experience working across a range of sectors and multidisciplinary environments
- A proven track record in service development and innovation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
