BMI UK&I have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes on a fixed term maternity cover for 1 year.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in owning the end-to-end administration and governance of recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your role will also include sourcing candidates, working with Preferred Suppliers, governing internal recruitment and referral processes. You will work closely with the HR Team and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding, supporting and improving the talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of the end to end recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to their onboarding as well as feedback on their first 90 days.
- Overall governance of the talent acquisition process.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for key roles, and working with vendor partners on others.
- Ownership of vendor relationships and optimising Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
- Supporting the HR Operations team with pre-employment checks and working with external parties to support a quick and timely process.
- Supporting the hiring managers with scheduling interviews, coordinating availability, booking meeting rooms.
- Supporting pre and post interviews with feedback collation and data collection.
- Supporting the hiring manager with regular communications in the lead up to a new starter joining.
- Database administration for applicants utilising Workday.
- Embedding and maintaining Recruitment dashboard.
- Promoting jobs on the careers website, job boards and social media.
- Administration or Coordination experience within an HR team.
- Previous recruitment, sourcing and interviewing experience.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- A strong multi-tasking ability demonstrated in an administrative capacity previously.
- Experience of managing third party service provider relationships.
- Passionate about process improvement and great stakeholder service.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to work with all levels of colleagues in a business.
- Previous experience talent acquisition coordination within a manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Experience using Workday Recruitment Module (desirable).
- Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable).
