BMI UK&I have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home). Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, this role serves as the critical focal point for the Sales Excellence department.

The role is responsible for the integrity of commercial data within SAP, the administrative governance of the C4C CRM platform, and the proactive operational support of the wider sales force.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Sales / Commercial SAP tracking and reporting, along with the Commercial Analyst.
  • Supporting the Sales team with Adhoc Reports.
  • Ownership of C4C Admin & Housekeeping – This involves updating changes, ensuring information is correct, running reports and flagging any concerns to the Commercial Operations Manager and Head of Sales Excellence.
  • Creation and maintenance of the Product Master Data.
  • Supporting our Sales Team with the set up and onboarding of new starters (e.g. ordering equipment, ensuring IT access).
  • General commercial administration.

Your Key Skills And Experience Will Include:

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to work with all levels of colleagues in a business.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer Literate – Previous experience using G‑Suite would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and as a member of the team.
