About you: As our Regional Manager, you will play a key role in connecting educational institutions and government stakeholders with world-class recruitment opportunities across our portfolio of global events and services.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (international education, events or media experience is a big plus)
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a consultative approach
- Confident with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and modern sales tech
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- A relationship builder who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment
About the Role:
- Represent and promote BMI to schools, universities, governments, and education providers
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across territories, whilst securing spend with existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from university partners to federal agencies
- Attend and represent BMI at international B2B events and conferences
- Track and manage your sales pipeline using our CRM
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence
- Collaborate across teams to improve client outcomes and internal practices
