Your Mission

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for music? We are seeking an A&R Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of all recording projects, from initial concept to final release. You will manage communication across marketing, A&R, operations, finance, and legal teams, ensuring timely delivery of music, budget adherence, and contract management. If you are ready to provide vital administrative support and be at the heart of bringing new music to life, we want to hear from you. Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract position to start as soon as possible through until May 2027.

What You Will Be Doing

  • End-to-End Project Coordination: Orchestrate all recording projects from conception to release, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery across Marketing, A&R, Operations/Supply Chain, LBA and Finance teams.
  • Financial & Contractual Oversight: Manage recording budgets, issue purchase orders and coordinate all necessary producer, mixer, featured artist and other third-party agreements with Legal & Business Affairs.
  • Release Logistics & Asset Management: Oversee the delivery of audio and metadata for both physical and digital releases, ensuring adherence to production schedules, BMG standards, and obtaining all required approvals (e.g., artwork credits, label copy).
  • A&R & Artist Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the New Recordings A&R team and artists, including organising studio bookings, travel arrangements, sample checking and managing secure audio distribution.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or A&R administration role within a record label.
  • Strong understanding of the music release lifecycle, including production terminology and managing label copy.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with budget tracking, contractual agreements, metadata and audio asset management.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a genuine passion for music and first class communication skills.
