We’re looking for a Senior Research Executive who is curious, collaborative, and excited to have a visible impact within BMG Research.
Responsibilities
- Design meaningful research: develop and review research instruments such as questionnaires, topic guides, and sampling plans; ensure materials are high quality and aligned with client needs.
- Lead project delivery: take ownership of aspects of project planning, fieldwork oversight, data analysis and overall project management; keep timelines on track, spot issues early, communicate with colleagues and improve workflow.
- Build strong rapport with clients: establish trusted relationships, manage day‑to‑day interactions, updates and expectations.
- Turn data into meaningful stories: create clear, compelling insight, draft reports, charts, commentaries and presentations that are engaging and actionable.
- Support and coach junior colleagues: provide guidance, feedback and support for junior team members; contribute to a positive collaborative team culture.
- Support quality, compliance and good practice: ensure all research delivery meets ethics and GDPR requirements; perform quality checks to guarantee accuracy, consistency and insightfulness.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of research experience.
- Strong analytical and research abilities, experience interpreting data and shaping insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with clients.
- Solid project management skills: organised, structured, comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience coaching or supporting junior colleagues.
- A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and delivering high‑quality work.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges.
