Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects with confidence.
- Set up new projects, create clear project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure every project meets scope and specification.
- Oversee fieldwork, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Uphold high project quality and data protection standards from start to finish.
- Monitor progress, solve problems proactively, and keep everything on track.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed, documented, and archived correctly.
- Lead client conversations on project scope, timelines, and progress and handle any issues smoothly.
- Make sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout delivery.
- Cost up small proposals or sections of larger bids as part of business development.
- Identify ways to improve processes and project efficiency.
- Coach team members in project management best practice, helping build team capability.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3–4+ years’ experience in project management or market/social research with a project management focus.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at pace.
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable leading conversations with clients and colleagues.
