We are currently seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, with an immediate start available. This is a varied and hands-on role where welding and fabrication form part of the day-to-day responsibilities. The successful candidate will primarily be involved in the fabrication and welding of steel frames used in composite panel systems for plant rooms and transformer housings. However, as part of a small, flexible team environment, you will also be required to assist in other departments and with general production duties as business needs require. You will work closely alongside our GRP team, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welding and fabrication of steel frames
  • Working from technical drawings and specifications
  • Assisting in the manufacture of plant room and transformer housing structures
  • Supporting the GRP and production teams as required
  • Assisting other departments and undertaking general factory duties when needed
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety
