Job Purpose / Overview

We are looking for engineering Planners to join our business on a permanent basis. This is to work on Thames Water projects across London and surrounding areas.

Principal Accountabilities, Activities and Decisions

Assist with the development of the delivery programme, including close working and co-ordination with Senior Planner, delivery teams, supply chain to build up the optimum methodology, sequence, timing, production & resource.
Assist with programme updates with respect to performance during the construction period.
Recommend mitigation measures on areas of forecast critical programme slippage.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience

A degree, HND or similar equivalent in a civil engineering or geotechnical subject is desirable.
Experience of planning services within large complex environments within the construction industry.
Good experience in scheduling tools and software like Primavera P6, MS Project or ASTA.
Understanding of the methods of construction, including plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
Relevant CSCS Card.
