We are looking for a HRIS Analyst with strong Oracle HCM skills to support and optimise our HR systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading system enhancements, and exploring new technologies like AI-driven HR solutions.
About the Role
This role involves supporting and optimizing HR systems while managing various responsibilities related to system support, testing, reporting, configuration, and collaboration.
- System Support & Case Management: Manage HRIS case management and resolve user issues efficiently. Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Testing & Transformation: Lead testing for new features, upgrades, and transformation projects. Develop test plans, execute scripts, and ensure quality assurance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain FDI reports in Oracle HCM. Provide actionable insights through accurate data reporting.
- Configuration & Innovation: Design and configure Journeys in Oracle HCM. Learn and configure AI agents using Oracle AI Studio to drive automation.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver system enhancements. Maintain clear documentation of processes and configurations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, including FDI reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Basic SQL skills for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead testing cycles and manage transformation projects.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI configuration.
