We’re looking for a junior UX Associate Product Manager who brings a strong dose of imagination and creativity to the table – someone excited about shaping the future of digital experiences. This is an ideal role for a graphic designer or visual storyteller who wants to grow into a product management career.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes for Control-M interfaces, contributing creative ideas throughout the design process.
- Support early-stage product ideation by visualizing future concepts, mockups, and storytelling-driven designs.
- Develop forward-looking design prototypes for strategic initiatives aligning with long-term product vision.
- Translate rough ideas into polished visuals and presentations to communicate product value and direction effectively.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product, presales, and marketing teams to bring clarity to complex workflows and maintain visual consistency across the product and brand.
- Create and enhance product decks, vision slides, and demo flows using tools like PowerPoint or Figma, while evolving the visual design system to ensure a modern UI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally for SaaS or B2B enterprise products (internships or freelance work count).
- A portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, polished UI design, and visual storytelling (presentation decks, design flows, etc.).
- Familiarity with complex platform design (dashboards, workflow tools, enterprise software) or a strong desire to learn.
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills – capable of creating clear, visually appealing decks that communicate ideas effectively.
- Basic understanding of UX research and usability testing practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working with PMs, engineers, and marketers.
- High attention to detail, strong visual intuition, and a user-first mindset with creative thinking.
- Fluent English, verbal and written.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with data orchestration, MLOps, and enterprise workflow orchestration.
- Experience participating in product ideation or cross-functional design sprints.
- Exposure to product management principles or interest in growing toward a PM role.
- Exposure to data-heavy UX design (dashboards, logs, monitoring views).
- Motion/interaction design or branding experience.
