A small, friendly accountancy practice based in North Tyneside is looking to recruit a Tax Accountant to join the team on either a part-time or full-time basis. This is a flexible opportunity that could suit:

  • An experienced tax specialist seeking part-time work, or
  • A full-time accountant with both accounts and tax experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a varied portfolio of clients, with duties including:

  • Preparation and submission of personal and/or corporate tax returns
  • Tax planning and advisory work (depending on experience)
  • Liaising with clients and HMRC
  • Supporting general practice work where required

For full-time applicants, the role can be split between tax and accounts work, depending on your skillset.
