BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Sunderland on a 12 month contract. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. This role is fully site based. Your Responsibilities include: Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues. Support with change management. Review ER systems and processes to ensure efficient reporting. Produce reports for senior management. Support with the development of policies and procedures. You will need: CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards. Strong ER case management experience. Strong employment law knowledge. Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position. Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment. Available immediately or available on 1 weeks notice.
