HR Advisor in Sunderland

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Sunderland on a 12 month contract.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. This role is fully site based.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues.
• Support with change management.
• Review ER systems and processes to ensure efficient reporting.
• Produce reports for senior management.
• Support with the development of policies and procedures.

You will need:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
• Strong ER case management experience.
• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
• Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Available immediately or available on 1 weeks notice.
