This is a genuine opportunity to step into a business where the foundations are already built. You won’t be expected to create something from nothing or grind through endless cold calls as my client has 80-90 active clients currently. There is active work, warm pipelines and long-standing retained and exclusive relationships in place from day one.
The Opportunity
- You’ll be recruiting across technology markets, with a strong focus on areas such as ERP, enterprise systems and wider tech roles.
- Markets span the UK, US and EU, with flexibility around which geography best suits your experience and lifestyle.
This role suits someone who already understands 360 recruitment, can build rapport quickly and wants to focus on quality delivery and long-term client relationships rather than volume for the sake of it. YOU MUST HAVE 360 RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.
Working Environment
- This is a grown-up, flexible business.
- No fixed working hours – never miss an appointment or school run again.
- One daily team call at 12 noon.
- Hybrid working, with a couple of days in the office as and when it suits.
- Trust-based culture where outcomes matter more than clock-watching.
- If you’ve worked US markets before and prefer flexibility around your day, this setup works particularly well.
Support & Infrastructure
- You’ll be backed by a strong internal setup including:
- Modern CRM and recruitment tech.
- LinkedIn Recruiter and job board access.
- Dedicated support for admin, CV formatting and candidate flow.
- A collaborative team environment with experienced mentors.
- A dedicated administrator to do all of your administrative work.
- SourceWhale to provide you daily candidate leads.
The aim is simple: free up recruiters’ time so they can do what they do best.
Earning Potential
- Competitive base salary depending on experience.
- Commission on a sliding scale of 20–30%.
- 50% commission on everything over annual target.
- Realistic billings of £250k–£500k once embedded.
- Incentives go well beyond the usual. Think international trips, major sporting events, gigs, lunch clubs and rewards shaped by what the team actually want.
Who They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter (360 preferred).
- Comfortable managing clients and candidates end-to-end.
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Commercially minded but team-focused.
- Based in or around the North East, or happy to travel into Newcastle.
Why Consider This?
This is a business that backs its recruiters properly. Warm markets, realistic targets, proper support and the freedom to work like an adult. If you’re good at recruitment and want to earn well without burning out, this is one worth exploring.
