This is a genuine opportunity to step into a business where the foundations are already built. You won’t be expected to create something from nothing or grind through endless cold calls as my client has 80-90 active clients currently. There is active work, warm pipelines and long-standing retained and exclusive relationships in place from day one.
The Opportunity
- You’ll be recruiting across technology markets, with a strong focus on areas such as ERP, enterprise systems and wider tech roles.
- Markets span the UK, US and EU, with flexibility around which geography best suits your experience and lifestyle.
This role suits someone who already understands 360 recruitment, can build rapport quickly and wants to focus on quality delivery and long-term client relationships rather than volume for the sake of it. YOU MUST HAVE 360 RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.
Working Environment
- This is a grown-up, flexible business.
- No fixed working hours – never miss an appointment or school run again.
- One daily team call at 12 noon.
- Hybrid working, with a couple of days in the office as and when it suits.

Earning Potential
- Competitive base salary depending on experience.
- Commission on a sliding scale of 20–30%.
- 50% commission on everything over annual target.
- Realistic billings of £250k–£500k once embedded.
- Incentives go well beyond the usual. Think international trips, major sporting events, gigs, lunch clubs and rewards shaped by what the team actually want.

- Proven experience as a tech recruiter (360 preferred).
- Comfortable managing clients and candidates end-to-end.
