We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior staff within a busy and fast-paced legal environment. This is an exciting opportunity ideally suited to a law graduate looking to gain hands-on experience, or an experienced administrator/secretary seeking a fresh challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to legal professionals
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting with file management, document filing, and data entry
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous
  • Legal studies or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
