BMC Recruitment Group are partnering with a high‑growth financial services and technology business to recruit a newly created Auto‑Enrolment Pension Manager. The business has a substantial and well‑established pensions proposition and is now focused on expanding its Auto Enrolment and workplace pensions offering. This role has been created to ensure the Auto Enrolment operation is fully compliant, operationally robust, and ready to support future growth. This is a key leadership position, combining Auto Enrolment expertise, regulatory oversight, operational management, and people leadership.

The Role

As Auto‑Enrolment Pension Manager, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end delivery and compliance of the Auto Enrolment function, ensuring high service standards, strong controls, and positive outcomes for employers, members, and stakeholders. You will lead an established team, working closely with senior colleagues across the business to ensure the Auto Enrolment operation is efficient, scalable, and well‑positioned to support increased market activity.
