BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established engineering contractor operating within the geotechnical and civil engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across Scotland.

The Role:

  • Manage projects from pre-start through to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project documentation
  • Monitor commercial performance, cost control and programme delivery
  • Lead site teams and drive high standards across safety, quality and performance

About You & Requirements:

  • Experience managing geotechnical, foundations, piling or civil engineering projects
  • Strong operational and commercial awareness
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
