BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established engineering contractor operating within the geotechnical and civil engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across Scotland.
The Role:
- Manage projects from pre-start through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
- Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project documentation
- Monitor commercial performance, cost control and programme delivery
- Lead site teams and drive high standards across safety, quality and performance
About You & Requirements:
- Experience managing geotechnical, foundations, piling or civil engineering projects
- Strong operational and commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
